“ As a photographer and video maker, Viriya Chotpanyavisut seeks to use perception, to capture what is invisible or ephemeral. It means suspending time, making perceptible the passage from an interior world to an external environment. Using a play of shadow and light, the artist creates a poetic space at the boundary between dream and reality. Either
plunged into shadows or dazzled by a strange clarity, the visitor rediscovers ordinary things - via a prism of dreamlike apparitions - that cannot be seen with the naked eye and that require a camera or a film camera.
