My work focuses on family, its structures and the relationship within them. It asks to question what does the contemporary North American family now look like? What does family now mean? The series Separated 2013 is a close look on the people separation effects the most, in this case young children all under the age of 10. The work was photographed with a large format 4by5 camera.
I am currently working on a other series called Project Projects which focus on a young single mother and the relationship she has with her 3 ( one of witch is transgender) children living in Platssburg Projects in NewYork state.
