Biografia
Puneet Kohli is an collected artist residing in Toronto, Ontario Canada. He attended the exclusive joint Art and Art History program which is a collaboration with the University of Toronto and Sheridan College. Puneet has garnered multiple awards for his work including Excellence in Painting awarded by Stevenson and Sons.
Puneet’s true passion is painting. Be it oils or acrylics, Puneet is always improving on his talents by trying new and different styles and techniques. While Puneet enjoys the complexities of both abstract creations as well as the technical aspects of painting the human form, nature is the source of inspiration for many artists, and can be seen as the focal point and theme in many of his paintings. As an artist, Puneet evokes an emotional response through his work. He modifies and manipulates colours and compositions, playing with light, sizes and perceptions. He detaches the minds belief of the subject matter so that the indiscriminating mind can better experience the embedded emotions.
