January 11, 2020 Theresa Getty and I started mailing works back and forth from Seattle to Chicago. Every month on the 11th we mail a bundle of paper drawings and a wooden panel piece back and forth. Both works are worked back to front, with no orientation or display concerns- up until now.
I am from Seattle and Theresa lived in Chicago. Now our placement has reversed and Theresa now lives in Seattle and I now live in Chicago. We met in a studio class with Barbara Rossie at the Art Institute of Chicago in 2002 and reconnected in 2016.
