The installation piece 'Fiat Lux', 2014, consists of a series of six wood engravings, overlooked by two ordinary working trestle tables. The tables carry six peep hole glass domes lingering off the table surface on their side, one to reflect each print, representing unnoticed, clandestine worlds that have materialised through the collection and arrangement of natural detritus. The Fiat Lux engravings are unframed, pure and light, each paper lightly curled, adding to its tangibility and fragility, returning it to the case of ‘materiality’.
