The Botanical Garden of Messina is dedicated to Pietro Castelli who formed the first group in 1638.
"My" botanical garden is a place enchanted with each new visit surprises me with its colors, its scents, the singing of the birds that inhabit it. It 'an oasis of peace where nature is protected: something rare these days! The Botanical Garden is also for me an inexhaustible source of artistic inspiration; his plants, some small, others gigantic, and never cease to amaze me with their natural and unparalleled beauty and elegance, are my Muse, my silent and patients models.
