He is a "circulus vitiosus",a hopeless situation and fate supervised by a greater force,"vis major".Ghettoed and limited by bureaucracy from acting as sovereign subjekt, from moving as a free being into the world.This man does not escape freedom- he is deprived of it. Is this a paradox of the times, or an imperative of capital ande selective politics?
