This work is a production still from my video installation 'sometimes i have dreams too...' shot in Budapest and analyzes two stereotypical dreams of suicide and success. This piece looks at the innocent nature of the protagonist's desire to become a professional artist and the ridiculous nature of the educational and technological systems around him that aim to assist but in actuality hinder his progression. It consists of a large format C type photograph of random graffiti that frames the Danube, then layers of paint and the instructions from WikiHow's 'How to Become A Professional Artist' which are skewed to represent its flaws by the paint.
