Along The Trail of Tears

This piece was part of the exhibition "Eternal Wound 2007" at the Zion Arts Centre to commemorate Black History Month. It traces the history of the folk/gospel song "Amazing Grace", from the sorrow song of the slave ship through to the bagpipes of Scotland. Symbols of each culture are represented through the use of mixed media.
