The Inter Realm Phenomenator

The Inter Realm Phenomenator- A device invented by Dr. Charla Tan which claimed to be able to communicate with the Dead. Even though the device worked surprisingly well, it was not widely adopted and fell into disuse after it was found that the dead did not have much to say and were, in fact, bad conversationalists.
