“Still alive” refers to post-industrialism as its oxymoron, since in some areas of Italy (in this case Tuscany), people are still suffering the effects of pollution caused by the presence of active plants such as refineries. Art remains a way to arouse reflection about these issues , especially now, when traditional factories are undergoing deep change or a complete stop. “Still alive” was part of the collective exhibition “Post Industrialism”, curated by Loosenart Gallery, at Spazio Millepiani, Rome, 2021.
