Symbols for atmospheric gasses nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O) flank the cormorant on the front (upper left). Although on the reverse side (lower left) the O symbol is invariant in the mirror plane, the N becomes Cyrillic И, corresponding to the person the gate is dedicated to.
