A New York State of Mind

This piece is inspired by richly layered, eclectic graffiti and surfaces found in NYC and their synchronicity with personal memories of dozens of visits, harkening back to my youth. The collage melds actual found objects from the streets of NYC with my own photography, creating a symbolic expression of my personal associations and experiences.
