This rust paintings of ground plans with floor patterns are based on etchings of churches by Diderot and D`Alambert. Some of the original sketches where redrawn and reinterpreted, by taking whole architectural elements apart and putting them into a new context.
Using holy water from the specific churches, the morphed sketches resurrect on the metal. The ground plans of this interior spaces become ornaments.
