"Awakening”
The work, here re- presented, belongs to a rash of researches titled “Cyicling and Recycling” where the arstist tries to revisit and translate natural materials out of their common contest (the utilitaristc e productive one’s ), mostly joined to practical contingency, in order to give to them a new aesthetical dignity (at least, as regards the representative side). Artist’s necessity to resume the object out of his old context is coinciding with a second chance to open it to a new meanings, a material redempition that we can also read as an ideal renewal too. The picture itself plays his rule thanks to the interactions arised out of the juxtapositions of recycled objects; now, out of conventional scheme, the object can play a new life gaining in meaning and importance.
