Sgr A* complaining to a black hole
This work consisted out of a private radio monologue directed at a black hole.
The performance was a long distance conversation with the perfect listener. A black hole, whose physical properties allow it to absorb literally all information: matter, light and our own words.
Sgr A* (or Sagittarius A*) is the super massive black hole positioned at the center of our galaxy, the Milky Way. Within its core time and space stretch to the infinite due to its unimaginable mass.
We still don’t know what happens to everything that falls in the center of a black hole but the only sure aspect is that there is no way back.
On the 16th of April 2016 at approximately 16.00h I radio transmitted to Sgr A* my personal complains about being an artist on Earth in 2016.
In roughly 26.000 light years from that date (few thousands light years more or less) those complains will reach the core of the black hole and disappear infinitely.
