My Left Hand

If I hear the word "skin" I think of the nearest I know: my skin. I have it with me all the time. And I have made photos of it at different times. As my work in photography is showing the normal or unseen things, I make them to special things with my way of working in art; I edit the images in photo programs on the computer. So my photographs turn into graphics. In the shown project the skin of my left hand turns to landscapes, rocks (their second life as earth-skin) or sculptures.
This project is part of my bigger project "approach to the person" (Annäherung an den Menschen).
