At the beginnig, Pasuphati is Rudra the archer and wants to stop the creation , hiting Bhrama while the god is making sex with the goddess but a drop of semen falls down and burning produces animals and life. Pasuphati becomes outcast ,king of the animals and of the outcast. Furthermore he becomes Sthanu, the pillar in a deep meditation. Thank you Suzanne
