We are in our body as a spirit. Capsuled in our body until we truly find the way of freedom in this life inside the body. To complete our journey in our life, we had to face the fear. To live a life, we had to find the way of truth. Truth will set our spirit free and will lead us to freedom in this life. By knowing we are here to live a life in truth, respect, appreciation. By doing this we can be free from the capsule and be free as the spirit. LIGHT!!!
