1848 Memories

Is a pillow, constructed of 1848 blown and free hand made clear glass beads. Used different glass techniques to create the beads. Used 200 meters fishing line to wave them together. The coloured section in the pillow: has been created by inserting threads into the clear beads to illustrate Transylvanian Embroidery Motifs. The threads are from a deceased family member clothing, holding great significance for the maker.
