unfinished self

The unfinished self is rooted in self-portraiture, but at a deeper level than a mimetic likeness. We have more than an image, we have emotion, intelligence, aspirations, imagination and individual characters. If then we were given more time how would we use it, 10-20-30 years more, we would continue to fill that time with our aspiration in a continual journey of discovery in a never ending understanding of ourselves. Our journey will ever remain unfinished and open ended.
