Timeless state of food

Scultura, Politico/Sociale, 110x160x40cm
Aiming to extend the life of edible products, they are added conservatives, colourings and additives that can affect the health of who eats them. Among the most frequent damages are: difficulty to breathe, change in behaviour (especially in children), the weakening of tissues of the heart and cancer.

The work itself, made up of reproductions of containers that contain these types of food, seek to recover the character and composition of still life from a contemporary perspective, pointing to the phenomenon of a growing industry of processed foods that it undermines human health.
