'Digital Identity' is an exploration of my online identity, a portrait of what traces I leave behind me, how easily others can find information about my personal life and how many digital foot prints I have left on the web in my lifetime, including information relating to my family, my bank and passport details, my address, my education, my leisure time and many more. Now even more so than before with all the new technological developments in the past decade, we can be tracked, traced and watched wherever we go. I live in London, UK which is one of the most CCTV-d cities in the world, every time we step out of our front doors we are captured on film up to 300 times a day. This is a sinister look on how technology is used to control us, follow us or capitalise on our personal likes and behaviours.
