Stream Sower IV

Stream Sower is a series of paintings depicting the big cat family; each feline is conceived in a surreal, dream like portrait format where nature in the surroundings is lifeless and agonizing. As the felines visit, streams of water flow from their paws, fertilizing the soil and providing deserts with lakes and rivers.
This concept merged from a personal spiritual necessity of expressing an intimate bound with felines, which I personally worship and consider the most mysterious, enigmatic, powerful, beautiful and spiritual creatures on earth.
