Quartet

Four female performers are set against the striking background of the St. Charles bridge leading into old Prague. The dome of a church, a municipal building and statues of saints and sinners dominate. Yet these artists play and as the intensity of their art increases so does their fragmentation -- the expression of their passion as they offer pieces of themselves to the audience. Sculptural elements are again introduced through dried pumice gel and modelling paste added to the canvas to texturize and increase the sense of movement.
