Viaggio al centro del cuore
interactive installation - Rome - 2005
I wanted to create an interactive installation where the persons should find in the art gallery just the map to guide them to see the artwork... which so would results as a combination of the paper maps installation in the art gallery, the travel done by the persons following the map and what they will find at the end of their journey.
To place this last thing I choose one of the most famous parks in Rome: Villa Borghese.
This garden has the form of a heart, and the bench I found to place my artwork (a message carved on a brassy plate) was almost in the center of it: from here the name of this work.
