Knowledgeable Savages

Latest work, of a collection of four, dabbling with neo-expressionism. This artwork is titled Knowledgeable Savages as a sort of correction of the old phrase "noble savages" yet keeping in true commitment to the correction of such an archaic phrase, one should drop the word "savages" completely.

The work depicts a scene long since forgotten and only imaginable nowadays of traditional peoples going through the process of determining which foods were edible and which weren't- a process which no doubt was full of trial and error but which has certainly paid off and the findings have been the life-source for traditional peoples across the globe for many thousands of years.
