Strawberry / from series "Basket People"

The series "Basket People" came out of a hallucination: in the midst of the dust and dirt of a huge city I suddenly envisioned a face with fresh strawberries all around it… Removed from our natural source, we are immersed in a world of substitutes and plastic and gradually forget our connections. Spending our best days in an artificial world, we experience stress and ourselves become like cut flowers or fruit in a container… This series is dedicated to the Allegory of the primordial and unique commonality of Nature and Man.
