Bow

Tying a bow, a simple and familiar gesture, is made frustratingly difficult by attempting to do it behinds one's back. This gesture, which the artist intended to be only a small part of the originally planned work, become the focus, when it became apparent that the current of anxiety captured in the fumbling movements of her hands was a much more compelling subject.
