Losing the Collection

A handful of famous photographers have attempted to bury, burn or otherwise hide their negatives. To hide/escape from history. Several of these photographers never lived to see their negatives resurface to much historic fanfare and acclaim. The negatives presented in Losing The Collection have survived underground only to resurface later- many of which went on to serve a great purpose when recovered.
