This work is a 10 minute loop and shows an ordinary (dutch) cityscape in which an emergency condition/ situation takes place.
Handelingen was shown at the Dutch Pavillon, World Expo Shanghai, the Noordbrabants Museum, Den Bosch, NL, Holland Animation Film Festival, Utrecht and is part of content on demonstrations of 4K projection by Cinegrid (cinegrid.nl)
