A group of well off people hedonistically engaged in the pursuit of pleasure oblivious to the plight of others around them. In the foreground are a group of three children huddled together i what appears to be a window well. While one child, a boy, manages to sleep, a little girl is crying while another boy child tries to comfort her. Blind to it all the wealthy continue to self indulge. Considering themselves to be truly fine citizens.
