Biografia

Born in Thessaloniki in 1974.
She first studied at the Gymnastics Academy at the Democritus University.
But since 1997 she has devoted herself to art.
She studied at the School of Fine Arts at the "Pietro Vannuci"
University of the town of Perugia in Italy, where she learned
painting and etching at the Sani workshop.

In 2004 she returned to Thessaloniki where she continued her studies
at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
There she attended the workshop of mr. Kyriakos Mortarakos and mr.
Tsakiris Georgios at the School of Fine Arts, the engraving workshop
of Mr.Giannadakis Manolis, and the photograph workshop of mr. Georgios
Katsaggelos.

Her work was displayed in solo and group exhibitions in Greece, Italy,
Slovakia,London and Moscow.
One of her projects can be seen at the permanent collection at the J.
F. K. Center for the Performing Arts, Washington 2010.
The influence from Francis Bacon's work is apparent in her own
paintings and engravings.
By expressing the various emotions of a single moment through colors,
the artist portrays the special relationship between art and human
form in such a way that her work can be perceived as a living
presence.
