Old Hands .

When a loved one gets ill with Alzheimer you begin to see all kinds of changes . One of the first are the outer changes especially the Hands . For two years I photographed the changes in the hands of a dear one . The result was a series of photos where one can see the decline in his hands motions till they only lay without any movement . But in the spots and the creases of the skin one can see this Man's whole life .He lived , worked , loved and grew a family .

The point of this project is to open our minds to this illness .
