150 'cast' ceramic boats will be released into rivers and the sea throughout 2020. The project is about 'possessions' (having, owning and controlling something) and the ability to 'let go'. Motivated by the readings of the book, by the same title, by Charlotte McDonald Gibson she deals with stories of survival from Europe's refugee crises.
