REGISTRATION ORDER
TO APPLY TO THE EXHIBITION
„Portret-memories and expressions”
Cultural Association for Arts and Music „ Art-M” Maramures, is organizing an Art Exhibition „ Portret- memories and expressions”. The period of sign-up and receving the works is between 6 JULY – 10 AUGUST 2013.
Artists around the world are invited to participate in painting, sculpture, graphics, photo.
Each candidate can participate with maximum three art works. All technics are accepted, butt following the theme.
Each work has to be signed, dated and atached with hangers (hookers).
To Apply to the exhibition each person has to complete the form (www.asociatiaculturalaartm.webs.com),and to e-mail the color copies of the works to ac_artm@yahoo.com
The works will be selected by the Association’s advisory committee in maximum 5 days from the moment you aplied.
The initiation fee is 10 euro. The selected candidates will pay in maximum 3 days after the selection. The fee will be sent in the bank account of Asociatia Culturala pentru Arte Plastice si Muzica art-m Maramures. No. bank account: RO51BTRLEURCRT0212044301, BANCA TRANSILVANIA.
The works will be sent by courier or post, properly packed (the artist will pay for all costs of sending and delivery of the works), to the address: Str. Agriculturii nr. 8, Baia Mare, Maramures, Romania. Receriver: Asociatia Culturala pentru arte plastice si muzica art-m maramures.
All the works in this exhibition will be included in a catalog, edited of our Associotion.
All works in the exhibition can be sold with this condition: 20% of the work’s price will be reserved for our Association, as a commission.
The works will be exibited between 17 – 31 august 2013.
By feeling the form each candidate accepts the therms of this agreement.
