Il "Festival of Contemporary Visions" è un festival d' arte visiva con partecipanti provenienti da tutto il mondo composta da 4 "ArtCloud" (sessioni espositive).
In ciascuna ArtCloud, utilizzando la tecnologia dei QRCode, le opere d'arte saranno amplificate attraverso elementi chiave (colore, parola, suono,ecc.) Una grande vetrina per la migliore arte internazionale.
