INTERNATIONAL PHOTO EX TEMPORE CONTEST PTUJ CARNIVAL 2013

REGULATIONS

Registration will be held in Slovenia, Italy , Austria and Croatia from Thursday, 31st January until Thursday, 7th February 2013 (until 12 pm).

The registration fee is 15 euros, for full-time students and retired person 10 euros. Partecipants have to pay the fee when registrating.

Theme: carnival, kurent, masks

Each participant can present 3 works. All photos have to be entirely authors work of the participant, for what authors takes all the responsability. From the photo index (camera data, exif, xmp) has to be clearly recognized that the phot0 was taken between 31st January and 7th February 2013.

Consigment: format of consigned photos has to be ready for prints 20 x 30 cm (around 2400px x 1600px). Files have to be in jpg or jpeg format. Photos can be consigned on usb stick, cd or dvd from Monday, 4th February, to Thursday, 7th February 2013, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9am and 15pm and on Wednesday from 9am to 17pm in the front office of Javne službe, Ulica Heroja Lacka 3, 2250 Ptuj (Tel: 02/ 620 73 33) or sent by email to extempore.2013@gmail.com, until 7th february (15 pm). Fee has to be payed prior to consigment.

The opening of the exhibition and the presentation of awards will be on Friday, 8th February 2013, at 2 pm in front of the City Hall in Ptuj (Mestni trg 1, 2250 Ptuj).

The exhibition of the photographies will be on display until 22nd February 2013 in Gallery Magistrat and Exhibition Space FO.VI 2 in the City Theatre.

Prizes: 500 eur, 250 eur and several practical awards
