REGULATIONS
Registration and stamping of canvases or other foundation will be held in Slovenia, Italy , Austria and Croatia from Thursday, 31st January until Thursday, 7th February (until 12 pm) 2013.
The registration fee is 20 euros, for full-time students and retired person 15 euros. Partecipants have to pay the fee when stamping the canvases.
Theme: carnival, kurent, masks, spring and free theme.
Each participant may stamp two bases, but only one can be consigned. The mesaures: not smaller then 50x50 cm and not bigger then 150x150 cm.
Consigment: from Monday, 4th February, to Thursday, 7th February 2013, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9am and 15pm and on Wednesday from 9am to 17pm in the front office of Javne službe, Ulica Heroja Lacka 3, 2250 Ptuj (Tel: 02/ 620 73 33).
The organiser accepts no responsibility for possible damage to works handed in. Each work must be fitted and prepared for exhibition. The following must be stated on the reverse: author’s name, surname, e-mail and telephone number. Also the title, technique and sales price (in eur) has to be stated on the reverse. Each author guarantees that the work handed in is his property and hand work.
The opening of the exhibition and the presentation of awards will be on Friday, 8th February 2013, at 2 pm in front of the City Hall in Ptuj (Mestni trg 1, 2250 Ptuj).
The exhibition of the artworks will be on display until 22nd February 2013 in Gallery Magistrat and Exhibition Space FO.VI 2 in the City Theatre.
International Expert Jury will award Grand Prix prize of the City of Ptuj in amount of 1.800 eur, major purchase prizes in amount of 1.000 eur, young author award of Gallery FO.VI, small purchase prizes in amount of 500 eur and honourable mentions with practical prizes. All prizes are in gross amounts.
Prize winners are obliged to relinquish prize winning paintings regardless of the specified sales price.
Authors have to collect exhibited works in the front office of Javne službe, Ulica Heroja Lacka 3, 2250 Ptuj, from Monday, 24th February and not later than 4th March 2013, otherwise they become the property of the organisers.
