BLOODY CROSS
In this artwork, the question „WHY“, is connected with the bloody response.
The cross being a symbol of all faiths and cultures, thrown over the questioning face of a man who tries to conceal his consternation.
The cross as a symbol of connection between heaven and earth and between people, the "Wheel of Life", the "Four Noble Truths", a symbol of the "Holy Number 4" was and is abused as a symbol of guilt and atonement, as a metaphor for a life of burden.
