Alessandra, Celeste, Domino, Marinella, Sara, Sharon, Viola ..........
names of women, women like many others with a common
denominator: the will to show themselves and to put themselves in a
game, to face another challenge being involved with the public in the
search of the multiple sides of the feminine universe.
In this event created by women but not only made for women, every
artist gives her own personal contribution communicating her own
visions and interpretations through their artworks based on her peculiar
experience as a part of society.
The consuming women of Alessandra Binini with great and sincere eyes
opened like a window of intimacy, with bodies touched by joy or
tragedies of the every day life.
The solar women of Celestina Salemi who always smile, conscious
strong and representing their own role.
The women of Domino that dare to put nude their own deviations and
their twisted fantasies with the firmness of warriors that have
abandoned the weapons but not the war.
The ethereal women of Viola Kunst, delicate as flowers, seeking to
assert the own place in the world.
The women of Marinella Milutich (alias Ettore Bentivoglio) that show
themselves without modesty and vulgarity - protagonists of a deep and
alarming intimacy.
The woman watching herself whilst growing, bending over to the world
and thus exploring herself – thats the way Sara Pretelli shows a fresh
search for her own identity.
The successful women of Sharon Adler (photographer and editor in
chief of AVIVA) have no subordinate part but are the protagonists of
their personal choices in life.
Trying to make a summary of the attempts and life-stories, the
successes and the defeats of these 6 artists is as anachronistic as if
someone wants to tell the entire history of human beings in some short
lines .
The women have priorities and their ways to act and to interpret life and
its events in various ways especially regarding men. Sometimes the
difference can be or seems to be infinite, at other times this difference
finds its limits in things quite obvious to everybody: this is the startingpoint
and the stimulus for a cooperative development of men and
women based on the nature of mankind.
Nowadays – after the successful assertion of the female valence as a
concept – women have, accordingly to our opinion the possibility to go
one step beyond by following their inborn intuition together with their
substantial abilities and knowledge to create a difference through kind
and imaginative expressions and thus building a basis for the age of
really deep changes that we all (women and men no matter what age,
religion political or sexual orientation they belong to) experience: this is
our time and everybody is able to do his contribution for a new world.
