Biografia
I was born in Massachusetts, USA in 1970, and have resided in Mallorca, Spain since 2004. I am dedicated to integrating the roles of artist, mother and teacher each day. My mixed media art works have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and alternative exhibitions spaces in the Boston and New York City area in the United States, as well as in various locations in Mallorca, Spain. With paintings, drawings and collages, I have explored a wide range of mixed-media techniques using abstract, symbolic and figurative forms to address biographical and autobiographical subject matter. I gather material, symbols and references from a range a sources to create hybrid compositions which most often have depicted the concept of 'seeking home' both externally and within our minds.
