We met at the Royal College of Art studying MA in Painting (Performance Pathway) together. As a unit we have recently been selected for the Bloomberg New Contemporaries. We have also taken part in many group exhibitions, festivals and projects together in and outside of the UK including, Christian Marclay: Reenactments of Full Bottle and Wine Glass by George Maciunas, White Cube; Beyond Becoming, Pierogi (The Boiler) New York; Super Market Art Fair Stockholm 2015; Guangzhoulive 5, Guangdong, China; Performance Platform Lublin Poland 2014 and Friktioner Internationall Performancekonst Festival, Uppsala Sweden. What underpins our work at this point in time is an interest in the human activity, individual processes and psychology of art-making and practice. We possess a nihilistic curiosity to look deeper into how artists generate content and the limitations of a representational practice, questioning intentionality of art practice. We often use the domestic to explore wider more theoretical concerns of art making and the work usually culminates in Moving Image or Audio works.
