Biografia
Tu Pei-Shih was born in 1981 in Miaoli, Taiwan. She received her MFA Fine Art degree from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2007, and is now working and living in Berlin and Taipei. Using stop-motion animations and collages as techniques, Tu’s work focuses on new possibilities between images and narration, and the relationship between fantasy and reality in modern societies. She is also the winner of Taiwan Fellowship Award from Asian Cultural Council, New York in 2009.
