Biografia
Francesca Micacchi was born in Rome in 1972. She is an eclectic artist who works with various media with an emphasis on sharing and the distortion of the codes of social language. She has a degree in Art Communication and Education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. Her works is a personal journey focused on artistic contamination of different languages, painting, poetry, photography and video art. She has made several educational projects for schools and associations, including the use of interactive video, has participated in group exhibitions of painting, published collections of poetry, and experienced video poetry. She was Artistic Director of the gallery "Polmone Pulsante" promotional center of Arts and Culture in Rome and independent curator. She currently works in his art gallery "Art pour l'Art" located in Mons - Rue d'Havré, 53 - Belgium.
