Biografia
Sanja Hurem is an interdisciplinary visual artist working internationally with a base in Berlin. Her work encompasses video pieces, installations and photography. Influenced by her experience of living amid different cultures, her work deals with themes of dissolution, disorientation, and poetics of space. A German artist of Bosnian origin, she often uses her work on ideas of personal and collective myth and its relation to identity. Over the past years she has exhibited in a number of countries, including US, Germany, UK and Brazil.
