Biografia
Dr. Vinci M. Weng (born 1970 in Taiwan, fine art photographer), he lives and works in Taipei. Vinci Weng completed his doctorate in fine art at the School of Arts & Digital Industries, the University of East London in 2004. He taught digital art and painting practice in National Kaohsiung Normal University. He is an assistant professor at department of art and design in Yuan Ze University, Taiwan.
