Biografia
Visual artists and twin sisters who in 2002 set up the art group Art al Quadrat with which they present work in video, installations, photography, both nationally and internationally. Their work is split along two lines: one about their own personal world, which includes autobiographical reflections and the other which results in critical and committed work of a social nature. They were awarded with fellowships to study and research in Finland, Mexico, Austria and the UK. They have participated in art competitions such as, Cool stories III. Art Port Making Waves (2011), Open Artsway 2010 (UK), Il corpo solitario, 2003 (Italy) Afetos roubados (Brazil) 2005-06 amongst others.
