I live in the wonderful town of Otaki on the coast of New Zealand.

I was inspired one early morning as i stumbled upon my children's paints and pencils left out over night on the floor (only the RED paint came to an early ending on a nice beige rug), as I finished cleaning up the mess at 3am, i decided to keep myself warm with a nice mulled wine and started mixing paint colors together and wow forms and magnificent colors appeared now inspiration and excitement bubbled over in my head.

I couldn't contain nor put down the paint brush, I added bits here and there, painted mediums like driftwood on the painted frame I couldn't stop!
"I just had to paint anything and everything"

So my story is self tort in the art of painting. I haven't a degree or a certificate however I have my children to thank for opening a new love and passion that I can throw my feelings and inspirations into.

I love the saying "Art is what ever you wont it to be"
Visually it is in the eye of the beholder and those that gaze upon with their own inner vision to see what thy choose to see in one's paintings.

I LOVE ART IT HELPS ME TO LET THE MIND GO AND THE SOUL REST AND "SMILE" :)
