Biografia
JAGO VJ (Jagoda Chalcinska) – vj, visual artist, creator of music videos and short experimental movies, with a diploma in film studies. Her live visuals are exclusively based on her own video material, photos and graphics. Childhood-inspired dreamscapes, her motion pictures raise the mood of the music and intensify the senses, turning concerts into an audiovisual spectacles. Her dreamy compositions unwind on the screen inviting the viewer into a fantasy world of visual delight pulsing with colors and alternate dimensions. She is VJing at electroacoustic and electronic concerts, music festivals as well as modern art galleries in Poland and Europe. Recently, she performed at International Festival of New Audiovisual Phenomenons “Vivisesja” (Poland), Le Zoo/Usine (Geneva), Centre of Contemporary Art in Torun (Poland).She cooperates with Polish Radio 4 (which is also HD television) and creates her imagery in real-time at the TV program “Czworka Z Wizja”.
